No, the homeowner is not required to be present while we treat your lawn. At the end of the visit, we will leave a hanger on the front door that states the service conducted, along with hand written notes.

After granular fertilizer and pre-emergent herbicide applications, it's usually best to wait until the products have been wholly watered in, and the grass has dried.
Our bio-stimulants package, applied in liquid form, is all-natural, and safe for pets and wildlife. Applications should be watered in for best results.
We use entirely non-toxic fertilizers based on nitrogen, potash, sulfur, iron, magnesium, and zinc.
Pre and Post-emergents, and our broad-spectrum pesticides are considered toxic if not applied correctly, and must be watered into the soil immediately after application.
When you receive your invoice, there will be an option to Pay Now on the invoice that you receive in your email.
For now, we only take online recurring monthly/yearly payments for package plans. This option may change in the future, but, for now, these are the two options for payment. Monthly and Yearly.
Yes, in order for our compounds to get into the root system of your lawn, they must be watered in.
All watering direction should be stated on the customer invoice, along with the pamphlet that was placed on your front door.
The typical watering time frame is 10 minutes per all zones (If you have an irrigation system). It can be done directly after application or within a 12 hour time frame.

We offer three lawn care plans.
We also offer three different lawn care add-on packages, which can be added to any of the above-listed plans at any time.
Our prices are based on quotes. You will need to request an estimate from us via the "Request Quote" page. Once you have done this, a technician will be scheduled to visit your home, and an estimate will be made and e-mailed to you via electronic invoice.
We accept major credit/debit cards and ACH payments via Intuit's online payment system.
You can request additional service at any time. You will need to contact our Customer Service representative via e-mail or phone in order to setup, and schedule this treatment. Once the technician has been informed of this additional service, they will contact you for confirmation of the service and you will be scheduled.
